In an effort to provide the best possible service to everyone, all fees for appraisal and floor plan requests have been made the same for everyone no matter what the intended use or who the intended user. That way all users of the website are assured of fair and equal treatment at all times.
There are no added or hidden costs to any of those services listed below at any time. When a Client engages an Appraiser for a service listed below, the full fee listed below, and only that amount unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, is paid directly by the Client to the Appraisal Company performing the service. There is no "middle-man."
Clients and Appraisers utilize this website to facilitate their transactions only and engage in an independent and confidential transaction between those two individual parties and agree to all Terms of Use as indicated.
The "HomeAppraising.com" website acts solely as a link to bring clients and businesses together and is not responsible for any services or payments between parties, and there are no appraisal fees or floor plan fees "paid by" or "paid to," HomeAppraising Services, LLC at any point throughout the transaction.
HomeAppraising Services, LLC acts solely as an appraisal management/referral service and does not compete with appraisal companies on this network. Therefore it does not act as a provider for any appraisals or floor plans to anyone, at any time.
